Donate today and change a life!
£300 a year, just £25 a month, pays for full time boarding for a girl who would otherwise be destined to live a bleak, destitute life. A £50 one off donation can cover the cost of rescuing a child from living on the railway, helping to reunite them with family or find alternative, safe accommodation.
By donating you fund and support the education of underprivileged and vulnerable children at the residential boarding school in Odisha, India and also help to support SOCH (Society for Children) who rescue children from the railways. To become a monthly donor please click here for our printable leaflet which has a standing order form, or email secretary.foco@gmail.com to receive a copy in the post.
You may also send cheques payable to ‘Friends of the Children of Orissa’.
To Donate online now click here . This takes you to CAF (Charities Aid Foundation). You can then donate by following the steps below:
- Click on the ‘Find a charity’ button.
- Type the words ‘Orissa children’ in the ‘Find a charity’ search box.
- On the ‘Charity search results’ page that appears next, click on Friends of the Children of Orissa in the list of charities shown.
- On the next page click the ‘Donate to this charity’ box. Follow the instructions to complete your payment
It is a few different steps to make a payment and we sincerely apologise if it seems complicated, this is due to the rules and regulations insisted on by CAF Bank and not by us! Please do persevere, as your donation is very important to us and much appreciated!
